Technical Designer

They are currently seeking a technical designer to provide support to the technical team and customers, ensuring that their clients receive the best solutions for their needs.

As a technical designer, you will be offering in-depth technical guidance on their full range of HVAC solutions. You will be given training and fully supported in your career development - they offer long term progression as they are a multinational manufacturer. This is a hybrid role, both office and home based.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation
• Provide Technical Support and advice to customers ensuring accurate and effective solutions are proposed to clients.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of product range.
• Address technical queries from clients, customer service team and sales team, providing prompt and reliable advice.

Experience and qualifications needed:
• You don't need previous work experience but you will need a background or qualification in engineering architecture construction or a related field.
• Experience or knowledge of CAD design.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
