Meet Sarah
Our Founder
Sarah’s career in recruitment began by accident back in 1999 in the days of waiting for CVs to arrive by post and fax. She was moving to London and needed a job and recruitment seemed like a fun career. She has been assisting companies with finding the right people for their teams and helping candidates develop their careers within businesses of all sizes ever since.
Fast forward 25 years and she wanted to create a different kind of recruitment process, combining her knowledge in recruitment with an understanding of how to build high performing teams. She has a passion for well-being, mindfulness, and neurodiversity both in and out of the workplace and this reflects in her Team First strategy.
